Shipping & Returns Policies

At Scent From Natchez, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your order. Please review the following policies before placing your order:
Shipping Policy
- We ship within the United States using USPS.
- Please double-check your shipping address and email before placing your order. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. This policy protects you as a buyer.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, you will be responsible for the return package fee and the cost of reshipping. We do not reship orders for free.
- Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for shipping updates and tracking information.
Transit & Delivery
- Transit Delays: Packages delayed while in transit do not qualify for a refund.
- Refused or Failed Deliveries: We reserve the right to charge shipping and handling fees for packages that are refused at delivery or rerouted after three failed delivery attempts.
- Responsibility in Transit: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit. Every order includes USPS insurance, and claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
Backorders
- Orders containing backordered items will be held until all items are available.
- Backordered items are not eligible for refunds.
Package Not Received
- If you do not receive your package, you must notify us within 14 business days from the shipment date.
- You agree to provide accurate, timely information so that we may investigate with the carrier.
- If we are not notified within 14 business days, we reserve the right to decline further tracking, claims, replacements, or refunds.
- The decision to replace or refund is at our discretion and will only be considered after timely and accurate information is received.
Missing Items
- If your package arrives and items are missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- After 24 hours, responsibility for filing a claim with the carrier will transfer to you.
Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we only accept returns if an incorrect item was shipped.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
- If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
